The Sands is located at the South end of Lido Key on Ben Franklin Drive. From U.S. 41 in Sarasota take Ringling Causeway (SR 789) across to St Armands Circle and then on to Lido Key. Take Ben Franklin Dr. South to the end.

Just North on the causeway is famous Longboat key with numerous top level golf courses and many fine dining establishments.

Parking is available for Owners and their designated guests.
